Thai property developer Sansiri is aiming to increase the number of foreign buyers purchasing its condominiums over the next five years.
Speaking at an event in Hong Kong last week, CEO and Founder Apichart Chutrakul said he wants to grow the percentage of foreign buyers in his company’s development from the current 3 percent to 10 percent.
The company recent launched its first beachfront condo development in Phuket, and Apichart expects half of buyers at the THB2.8 billion Bann Mai Khao project to be foreigners.
Sansiri will be exhibiting its Phuket project at a property exhibition in Hong Kong this coming weekend (June 15-16) and in Singapore on July 6-7.
