Mestyle Land has reported pre-sales of more than 50 percent of units at MeStyle@Sukhumvit Bangna ahead of its sales launch next week.
The developer of the low-rise condominium will hold its opening event at Central Plaza Bangna in Bangkok on June 17-23, and will be offering a range of incentives to buyers.
Sombat Sangratkanjanasin (pictured), Managing Director of Mestyle Land, admitted the level of sales in the first two months was beyond his expectations.
He said: “We can say that this is the most chic condominium project in Sukhumvit-Bangna zone. We target sale to rise to 80-90 percent during the event as the project’s selling point meets new generation people’s lifestyle.”
Supachai Jammanowong, Executive Vice President of project consultants Century 21 Realty Affiliates, said market growth in the Bangna area of the Thai capital is ranked highest and competition is very strong. He added there many condominium developments, driven by the opening of the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015.
MeStyle@Sukhumvit-Bangna will feature one-bedroom units priced from THB1.49 million and two-bedroom units priced from THB2.3 million. A total of 566 units will be located in three eight-storey buildings.
