Ananda Development has secured a THB1.35 billion baht loan for the construction of its latest condominium project.
IDEO S9, located on Ratchapruek Road, will be located 300 metres from BTS Pho Nimit station in the Taksin-Thaphra area. Its 1,262 units will be aimed at medium income earners who work in urban and central business areas.
The loan agreement, from Kasikornbank was signed recently by Vasin Vanichvoranun, Executive Vice President of Kasikornb ank, Chanond Ruangkritya, CEO and President of Ananda Development Public Company Limited.
