NC Housing raises target over strong demand

19 Jun 2013

Buoyed by strong pre-sales of THB2 billion achieved year-to-date, NC Housing has increased its 2013 pre-sales target to THB5 billion from the previous THB3.2 billion.
The strong figures were recorded on the back of bullish demand for the company’s projects both in Bangkok and the provinces, said Managing Director Somchao Tanterdtham.
Banking on this revived residential demand, the company has launched two new projects this month with a combined value of THB1.2 billion. The projects are part of the five projects earmarked for the whole year.
NC Housing unveiled the THB500-million Natureza condo in Pattaya, where units are priced from THB1.1 million. The other project is the THB700-million Baan Fa Piyarom, with townhouses priced from THB1.45 million.
“We sold out our first condominium project in Pattaya when we introduced it in the final quarter of last year, as local demand for condominiums priced at no more than THB2 million has continued to grow.”
“This is the reason for launching the second [Pattaya] project this month, with a target of selling all 406 units by the end of this year,” he said.
In the provinces, NC Housing has unveiled a new townhouse project at Lum Luk Ka district in Pathum Thani province, catering to strong demand for properties priced up to THB2 million.
Currently, the company has THB946 million in backlogs, with around THB446 million to be booked as revenue this year. The company’s overall revenue target for 2013 is THB1.8 billion.
