Pace Development has revealed plans for a stunning new project in the Gulf of Thailand town of Hua Hin.
Called MahaSamutr, the project is set to become a new landmark in the resort town. The ultra-luxury villa and country club development will also be set around what will be Asia’s first Clearwater lagoon.
Pace is currently constructing the mixed-use MahaNakhon project in Bangkok that, when completed, will be Thailand’s tallest tower.
Sorapoj Techakraisri, Chief Executive Officer of Pace Development Corporation Plc, said, “MahaSamutr fills a gap in the property market in Hua Hin for a high-end resort villa development. We are confident in the robustness of high-end property demand as well as demand for top quality property from AEC buyers.”
He added that MahaSamutr will feature about 90 villas with “big eave” designs that evoke forest living. Each villa will have between 500 and 600 sqm of indoor and outdoor living space. Prices will start at THB35 million.
“The country club is one of the main features making MahaSamutr special because of what happens there and the people who will actually use it. It will be a hub of social and sport activity and a genuine lifestyle destination where people actively socialise and live a lifestyle that is currently unavailable in Hua Hin,” he added.
MahaSamutr will also have a beach club that allows residents access to Hua Hin beach and the luxury of beach frontage.
Sales of its country club memberships in start this month, while sales of the villas will begin following the completion of the show unit in April 2014.
Pace is expecting that 75 percent of its sales will come from Thai buyers.
