The second and final phase of the Laguna Shores waterside development in Laguna Phuket has been launched following the success of the first phase which has seen sales of more than 60 percent.
Laguna Shores is in the middle of the Laguna complex and will be managed by a new hotel brand under the Banyan Tree Group.
Almost 60 percent of the 229 units in the six-storey U-shaped Phase 1 building are already reserved, Laguna said, and Phase 2 offers an additional 105 units in another six-storey building aimed at a mix of Thai and international buyers.
Prices for the one- and two-bedroom apartments start from THB4.5 million, with sizes from 40 to 88 sqm. A number of apartments feature mezzanines that increase the living area floor space.
The apartments look out across one of the lagoons in the Laguna complex, with a view further out of the Andaman Sea – the classic sea view premium demanded by so many buyers of property in Phuket.
Owners will also get a Laguna Resident’s Privilege Card providing benefits and discounts of up to 50 percent at selected Laguna Phuket five-star hotels and facilities.
The developer said that payment plans of up to five years are available for the apartments, with furniture and fittings packages available. Investment and lifestyle rental programmes will also, Laguna said, “provide maximum flexibility and choice to investors”.
Laguna Property has sold nearly 800 homes to date, with numerous phases of developments sell-out successes. Its other branded luxury properties include Banyan Tree Residences, Dusit Thani Pool Villas and Laguna Village.
