Bangkok's priciest single homes

New research from Thailand’s Agency for Real Estate Affairs has discovered buyers will have to pay THB127 million to own the most expensive detached house in Greater Bangkok.

The tag of Bangkok’s most expensive housing project belongs to Q Twelve (pictured) where one of the 12 two-storey homes will cost THB127 million. Eight units remain for sale at the Q House development.

Single homes at SC Asset’s Granada Pinklao development are priced at an average of THB82.3 million. Some 19 of the 41 homes have been sold to date.

The Royal Residences developed by TCC Capitaland, is the third priciest project, according to the research, where homes are priced at THB49.6 million.
