More than THB100 million worth of deals were done at the latest DDproperty Show which took place last month.
The fifth edition of DDproperty.com’s property showcase, which took place at Central Plaza Ladprao in the Thai capital, attracted more than 2,000 visitors. Properties from Bangkok and Pattaya were sold to eager buyers and investors.
Napong Panthong, Head of Marketing for DDproperty.com, said the success of the show was largely down to the ongoing demand for high-rise properties among Thai buyers.
SYM Condo Vibha-Ladprao and Buri Tara Resort Condo Na Jomtien in Pattaya were the best-selling developments at the event. Each projects closed sales of 12 units worth THB38.6 million and THB16.5 million respectively.
Developed by Thanapat Property Development PLC, SYM Condo is a ready-to-move-in development near Ladprao intersection and consists of 728 units on a 29-storey building, while Buri Tara Resort Condo is a high-rise residential building located on a more than 69,000 sqm land plot in Soi Na Jomtien 25, and offers guaranteed rental returns of 5 percent per year.
“Properties in good locations within Bangkok and in the main tourist cities elsewhere in Thailand still attract strong demands from buyers and investors. This is a good sign for the Kingdom’s property market,” said Napong.
