Developer Raimon Land recently celebrated the topping-off of its prime Pattaya beachfront residential project Zire Wongamat – its third project in the city after Northshore and Northpoint.
With the beams in place for the project’s 37- and 54-story towers, Zire Wongamat is now edging closer to completion as one of the most exciting additions to the beachfront in North Pattaya. The structure is now fully complete and the show suite apartment has been relocated to the tower itself.
Pattaya remains one of Thailand’s most popular seaside destinations for those anyone wanting to get away from Bangkok to relax and unwind, and Zire Wongamat is ideally located to explore Pattaya’s activities or enjoy its postcard-perfect scenery.
Since its official launch in January 2011, 90 percent of the units have been sold according to the Stock Exchange of Thailand-listed developer.
