EXCLUSIVE: At least one Thailand resort development has seen absolutely no impact from the current political situation in Bangkok.
Last Friday U.K. real estate developer and agency Knight Knox sent an email marketing Bang Saray (pictured), a freehold development in the Gulf of Thailand resort city of Pattaya priced from £16,980 (THB 905,000).
Samanatha Jones, Head of Marketing for Manchester-based Knight Knox told DDproperty.com.: “We have received a phenomenal response from the mailer we sent out on Friday.
“The number of enquiries has been fantastic and the comments are extremely positive.
“Obviously I can only comment from our perspective, but as a company we have certainly not seen a dip in the number of sales or enquiries for Thailand property.
“This may be because we predominantly deal with the resort areas like Pattaya and not central Bangkok,” she added.
