Thapra sees buying frenzy

Property developer AP (Thailand) sold a staggering 1,060 units at its Aspire Sathorn-Thapra project during a two-day launch last weekend.

Total sales values of the transactions at the development adjacent to Talat Phlu BTS station amounted to more than THB3 billion.

Vittakarn Chandavimol, Chief Marketing Officer of AP (Thailand), said: “This success shows the confidence of buyers towards our products, and the concept of this project that fits with modern lifestyle.

“These sales push our total sales booking to THB17.5 billion, close to this year’s target of THB21 billion,” he added.

Yesterday, DDproperty.com reported the property buying frenzy that saw 288 units sold in just a few hours at the Noble Recole project in Asoke on Sunday.

The remaining 150 units at the Aspire Sathorn-Thapra project will be available for sale during the ‘AP Space Odyssey’ event, along with units from another eight new residential projects.

The event will take place at Bangkok’s Parc Paragon between October 22 and October 26.
