More Singaporeans are buying Thailand property investments, according facts and evidence from one of Singapore’s leading real estate agencies.

Singapore real estate agency PropNex has been marketing a development by listed-developer Sansiri at Sukhumvit 77, and has achieved a significant number of sales over a number of weeks.

Benjamin Tan, PropNex Thailand Project IC, told DDproperty.com: “We have been seeing bigger crowds each time we hold seminars.

“There are simply more buyers wanting to understand how to invest in their first property in Thailand, and at the same time we also met many buyers who owns multiple properties in Thailand.

Tan added that at one point during the latest event last weekend, each of his salespeople were serving up to three buyers at the same time,

“We managed to sell a few more units that day,” he added.
