Seven Seas Phuket

A unique resort project valued at over 2,500 million baht is being launched in the heart of Phuket, and its developer hopes to attract holiday home seekers from Thailand and abroad.

Located near the Bangkok Hospital and surrounded by lush green mountains, the 975-unit Seven Seas Phuket features a modern design that focuses on comfort.

Comprising a mix of studios, one- and two-bedrooms, unit sizes range from 23.5 sqm to 55 sqm. Prices start from 1.5 million baht for a fully-furnished unit that comes with appliances.

Developed by the Porchland and Universal Group, the project is expected to be over 50 percent sold by Q1 2015 when the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) takes effect.

Mr. Chitsanucha Phakdeesaneha and Mr. Rajesh Punjabi, Managing Director of Universal and Porchland Group are confident of good sales, after the early 2014 launch of Massaluna Condominium Phuket, a premium beachfront condo at Na Yang beach provided good feedback.

Facilities at Seven Seas Phuket include a 5-star hotel style lobby, swimming pools, outdoor Jacuzzi, saunas and 24-hour security, but what sets it apart are the seven beautiful islands created within the project that represent places like Bali and Honolulu.

Commenting, Mr. Chitsanucha said: “Being a luxury style condominium resort that never before existed in Phuket, we anticipate having Thai as well as foreign buyers and investors. As the demand increases for real estate in Phuket, the advent of AEC will only heighten this demand.

“Porchland has enjoyed great success in its past 15 projects owing to its professional expertise in management. We draw confidence from this success and therefore believe that ‘Seven Seas Phuket ‘will meet all the needs of its target group,” he added.
