The Bay to tempt Singapore buyers

7 Feb 2014

The first Thailand property development to exhibit in Singapore since the current political problems began to attract global media headlines will be trying to tempt buyers and investors from the city-state this weekend.

Jones Lang LaSalle will be showcasing The Bay, Koh Samui (pictured), a small, luxury development of just 34 units on the island in the Gulf of Thailand.

Investors can benefit from guaranteed net returns of between 4-4.5 percent for three years. A variable return option will also be explained to interested individuals by KC Group, the developer.

Located on a quiet hillside at the top of a private, secured road on Koh Samui, ‘The Bay’ is made up of three blocks of condominiums with magnificent sea and island views. All units are fully-furnished and are available for occupancy end of March 2014.

Each unit faces north and enjoys sea views, with the neighbouring tropical island of Koh Phangan taking centre stage.

Facilities will include 34 private unit-allocated parking lots, a 16-metre infinity pool, fitness centre and a business lounge.

The Bay, located in Bophut, is just five minutes from Koh Samui’s international airport and seven minutes from the main bustling tourist area of Chaweng. Big Buddha and Wat Plai Laem, both popular tourist destinations, can be seen and easily reached by a gentle stroll, and the private beaches of Bangrak and Choeng Mon are only a few minutes’ drive away. The Bay’s private road is also on the public transport route to Chaweng or the ferry terminal in Nathon.

The Thailand property exhibition will take place on Saturday, February 8, and Sunday, February 9, between 11am and 7pm at Regent Hotel, Cuscaden Road, Singapore.
