Luxury Bangkok development Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard is planning international roadshows in addition to offering THB500,000 discounts to buyers of selected two-bedroom units.
The 316-unit project, which will also incorporate the first Waldorf Astoria hotel in Southeast Asia, has sold more than 70 percent of its condominiums. It is providing the discount as an exclusive to SCB cardholders.
Thanawan Chaiwatana, Managing Director of developer Magnolias Finest Corporation, said: “As we received strong feedback following a sequence of attractive promotions for credit card members, we have decided to continue to offer these excellent co-hosted promotions in 2014. We are delighted to be able to join hands with SCB Credit Card to present this latest promotion which will further drive strong interest for our project from buyers in Thailand.”
Commenting of the political situation in Bangkok, Thanawan said: “We were able to adjust instantaneously so currently we have limited impact on our site operation. Site access remains open and operations are continuing at a normal rate. As of this time we are confident that the completion date will remain largely unaffected.
“Although there is an ongoing situation in Bangkok which is caused less traffic to our site, we still receive generous interest via our website.”
