Thailand’s Tulip Group has announced the start of sales for its Royal Tulip Suites, its latest hotel and condominium development in the city of Pattaya.
The project, located 70 metres from the beach on the prestigious Phratamnak Hill in Soi 5, will include the 5-star Royal Tulip Hotel on the first 12 floors and one- and two-bedroom freehold residential units occupying the remaining 12 floors. Rooftop penthouses are also available.
One key selling point, according to the developer, is that it will be fully managed by Golden Tulip Hotels and Resorts – giving residents use of all hotel facilities.
Jason Payne, Vice President of Tulip Group, said: “We are extremely excited about this property and will begin construction immediately as the project is fully EIA-approved and building permits are in place.
“This is an established area for luxury hotels, condominiums and private luxury housing, and this property will be one of the first branded residences in the area.”
The developer added that units are now available for sale at pre-launch discounted prices.
