Nirvana Development has appointed Colliers International Thailand as a strategic business partner with the aim of achieving 100 percent sales of its existing stock at seven projects, and to act as sole agent on its first project launch in Pattaya – Nirvana Beyond@Beach Pattaya.
The developer’s Chief Executive Officer Sornsak Somwattana said: “Our strategy is creating business opportunities and developing new ideas. To achieve this, our company has been looking for a strategic partnership to cooperate with and to help us reach the targets we have set.
“Nirvana has appointed Colliers International Thailand as a ‘Strategic Partner’ in order to benefit from their experience as a leading professional international property consultant, and help us achieve our sales targets and promote and enhance our existing sales network management system.
“Nirvana has already delivered a total of seven project sales galleries to Colliers, which include six Bangkok as well as Nirvana Beyond@Beach Pattaya.
“These projects amount to one third of the total project value currently held by Nirvana. Colliers, as our strategic partner, will be supporting and promoting new ideas, and collaborating with Nirvana to help develop the organisation and promote sales”.
Simon Landy, Executive Chairman of Colliers International Thailand, said: ‘Cooperation with Nirvana is a significant achievement this year. Our appointment has further indicated that we are a leader in one-stop property sales and development/advisory services.
“This appointment in addition to our continued success at the Thailand Property Awards over the last four years has again emphasised that we are the leading international property consultant in Thailand. Colliers is currently employing and training new staff to promote all Nirvana’s projects this year and will also be utilizing our existing successful research, sales and marketing teams in order to achieve the sales target”.
Sornsak added: “Our expectation for collaboration with Colliers is for both companies to work together to develop our corporate image, promote sales and exceed targets in each project, and to build good customer relationships. We would like to develop a dynamic marketing strategy to improve and promote continued success on future projects”.
