Overseas property professionals heading to Singapore

10 Apr 2014

Overseas property professionals from around the world will descend on Singapore later this month for the Asian edition of a popular property and real estate industry business-to-business event.

OPP Live Asia, which will take place on April 23 and April 24 at Marina Bay Sands, offers more than 25 seminars that will enable attendees to learn for about industry opportunities and information from around the world.

Visitors to the event are expected to include leading overseas property industry professionals, as well as executives from industry bodies, developers, real estate agencies and property marketing firms.

OPP Editorial Director John Howell said: “The world of international property changes quickly; new countries, new opportunities, new threats and new risks appear all the time. Yet reliable information about these things – which could make or break your business – is very hard to find.

“The OPP Live seminars provide this vital information and also deal with some on the cultural and business issues that need to be tackled when doing business in Southeast Asia.”

The event, which is open from 10am-5pm daily, follows the formula of the U.K.’s successful OPP Live show where PropertyGuru Group has been a media partner and seminar host for the last two years.

In addition to the seminars it includes round tables, networking events and business ‘speed dating’ sessions. It is sponsored by student accommodation specialist Pinnacle MC Global Network.

In addition to PropertyGuru Group other partners for OPP Live Asia include the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents, Institute of Estate Agents Singapore and the Association of International Property Professionals.

Delegate passes for OPPLive Asia cost S$395. To order tickets and see the panel of speakers visit www.opp-connect.com/opplive-asia/
