A Ibis hotel investment opportunity in Manchester will be exhibited along with luxury student apartments in Sheffield at the event on Saturday, May 3, and Sunday, May 4, between 10am and 6pm at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel, Cove Room.
Investments are claimed to offer up to 10 percent assured rental returns for three years and a 125 percent buyback of purchasers’ price in the fourth year.
