Phuket-based leisure and real estate developer The Attitude Club has added another branded property to the island’s condominium market with the launch of Saturdays Condo on Saiyuan Rd near Nai Harn Beach.
With a project value of THB600 million, Saturdays Condo is the eighth brand under The Attitude Club’s portfolio, catering mainly to holiday home investors.
The villa-style condos surround shared facilities, including four swimming pools, a fitness club, a library, a restaurant and a health spa.
The development comprises 119 units covering a total of six rai. Units in five designs range in size from 57 to 95 sqm with an average selling price of THB75,000 per sqm. Furnished, air conditioned and with built-in kitchens, unit prices (including transfer fees) range from TH3.7 million up to THB5.7 million.
The developer aims to attract investors with average rental yields of six per cent over a five-year period under a leaseback program managed by Two Villas Holiday, plus owner’s privileges at The Attitude Club properties.
With financial backing from KasikornBank, construction is expected to be completed by October 2016.
The Attitude Club Co was formed in 1999 by a network of Phuket-based property professionals. In 15 years the team has established a variety of brands: Two Villas Holiday, Number Twelve interior décor; Saiyuan Estate; Foto Hotel; Wings; Roof Design & Management; and Blu Monkey hostel in Phuket Town.
