Representatives from more than 20 of Thailand’s top developers and real estate agents discovered why looking beyond the kingdom’s borders can yield additional sales right now.
The latest in the Thailand Real Estate Exclusive event, which took place at Bangkok’s S31 hotel in Bangkok at the end of last month, attracted more than 35 participants from as far afield as Pattaya and Hua Hin.
The event was opened by James Sundram, PropertyGuru’s Managing Director of International, who welcomed guests and gave a summary of DDproperty.com’s growth to become Thailand’s number one property website – and how and why more agents and developers are partnering with the company on a daily basis.
Andrew Batt, International Group Editor of PropertyGuru (pictured right), joined Frank Khan, Head of Residential for Knight Frank Thailand (Pictured left), and Khun Prab Thakral, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Boutique Asset Management, to share their combined experiences and to highlight why now is the time for Thailand’s developers and agents to look overseas to achieve additional property sales.
