Winners from across Asia-Pacific were rewarded at Friday night’s
prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards which took place in Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia.
Property developers, architects, interior
designers and real estate agents were amongst the winners, who received
the highly-prized awards from the British Lord Courtown in his capacity
as Chairman of the architecture and interior design categories
committee.
Each winner was presented with either a ‘Highly
Commended’ or ‘5-Star’ award. The 5-star winners had been re-judged to
select just one from each of the 47 different categories who will go
forwards to represent the Asia-Pacific region in the 2014 International
Property Awards where they will compete against other regional winners
from Africa, Arabia, Europe, U.K. and the Americas to find the ultimate
World’s Best in each category.
The results of the eagerly
anticipated ‘World’s Best’ Property Awards will be revealed at a
glittering awards presentation ceremony in Dubai during December 2014.
Asia-Pacific
has an enviable and unbeaten record of success at international level.
The region scooped a total of 13 World’s Best Awards in 2012, but then
went on to break its own record number by scoring an impressive 18
World’s Best Awards in 2013.
Stuart Shield, President of the
International Property Awards, said: “We will now wait to see if
Asia-Pacific can not only retain the title of best performing region of
the world in the International Property Awards, but also beat its own
record for yet another successive year.”

will go on to compete in the overall International Property Awards to
determine the World’s Best in each category.
