Buyers at one Bangkok condominium are being offered incentives and discounts when they make their purchase before June 30.
Bangkok Land, led by its Managing Director Peter Kanjanapas (pictured), is offering special promotions for buyers at its Double Lake Condomiunium in Muang Thong Thani.
Every booking made by June 30 will receive a free folding bike worth over THB15,000 plus a 20 percent discount when dining at IMPACT restaurants on weekdays, 15 percent on weekends and 25 percent off food bills at Tsubohachi at Bee Hive lifestyle mall which is scheduled to open on June 9.
Double Lake Condominium is the only luxury low-rise condominium in Muang Thong Thani area that offers a scenic lake view. Apart from high quality interior materials, the condominium is also equipped with premium facilities including a swimming pool, fitness centre, high-speed internet, cable television, 24/7 security system, CCTV cameras, key card systems and 100 percent parking spaces.
The project is located near the Muang Thong Thani expressway, and there are IMPACT Link shuttle buses (IMPACT to Mo Chit BTS station) for residents.
