The last remaining penthouse at Minor International’s award-winning development St Regis Residences Bangkok has been released for sale.
Minor’s Senior Vice President, Robert Collins said the group would be accepting expressions of interest and arranging viewings starting this week, highlighting the group’s confidence that demand remains firm at the upper levels of the city’s luxury market.
The move is sure to send ripples of interest through Asia-Pacific’s Ultra High Net Worth community and catch the attention of collectors of the finest apartments and homes around the world. Collins said among the key benefits to buyers was the elite brand association and management of the residences by St Regis.
"Bangkok is still a highly undervalued market compared to other cities in the region", he said, adding: "At the ‘very top end’ in prime locations there simply are no longer plots available for projects of this quality."
