Listed property developer Raimon Land has revealed that it is on course for its Zire Wongamat project in Pattaya to be completed in Q3 2014, with unit Inspections set to start at the end of next month.
The development features one- and two-bedroom apartments and duplex homes, all with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Thailand.
Zire Wongamat comprises two residential towers (37 and 54 storeys) on 6-rai of prime beachfront property, with a total of 480 units ranging in size from 38sqm up to 185 sqm. Prices are between THB 10 and THB 15 million,and the company has reported that 90 percent of units have been sold.
The topping-off ceremony, in November 2013, marked the completion of the structures of both Towers A and B. To date, the car park building is also up, while the external hardscape and roadway works are almost finished.
With the occupation permit inspections now carried out, the focus is on the details of the residential units and common areas. The beautifully designed gardens and the stunning beach frontage are fully landscaped, setting a perfect background for the different swimming pools.
Unixx South Pattaya (pictured) along Pratumnak Road, is also seeing construction advancing quickly. The development featured studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 27 to 62 sqm. With prices ranging from THB2 million to THB5.8 million, the 7-rai freehold property has seen 60 percent of its units. Construction is scheduled for completion in June 2016.
