Contracts worth close to THB50million were signed and hot leads of more than THB900,000 were generated from the latest DDproperty.com Show which ended yesterday at Central Plaza Bana Na.
The event, which featured 12 developers and showcased leading property projects from around the kingdom, attracted more than 2,000 interested property buyers and investors.
“The sheer number of both signed contracts and serious enquiries is evidence that demand for quality property in good locations and priced sensibly has not disappeared,” said DDproperty.com’s Head of Marketing Napong Panthong.
