New condo for Talat Phlu

In what is being hailed as a show of confidence in Thailand’s booming property sector, strengthened in part by rapid urban sprawl along mass rapid transit extension routes, Thailand property developer AP and one of Japanese ’s largest property developers, Mitsubishi Estate Group (MEC), have announce plans to jointly develop a condominium at Talat Phlu BTS station.

The fourth project under a joint-venture agreement marks a new milestone in a partnership that has brought about mutual exchange of knowhow and sustainable growth insights.

Combining Japanese-style architecture and common area features with insights into Thais’ living habits, Aspire Sathorn-Thapra will cater to every aspect of urban living on a prime location adjacent to Talat Phlu BTS station, with prices starting from THB1.98 million.

Vittakarn Chandavimol, Chief Marketing Officer, AP (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd. Said that Thailand’s property market continues to show signs of recovery in the second half of 2014.

The condominium market, especially, is experiencing a boom from rising demand in areas along the BTS extension route from Sathorn across the Chao Phraya river to Thonburi.

The THB3.3 billion Aspire Sathorn-Thapra will features a single 30-storey condominium building on a 5.1-20.4 rai compound. It will feature 1,219 units, ranging from 23.5 sqm studios to one-bedroom units with 26.5 sqm to 30.5 sqm. Two-bedroom, one-bath units with 38 sqm to 46 sqm will also be available.

Aspire Sathorn–Thapra and seven other new projects by AP will be officially launched at AP SPACE ODYSSEY, slated to take place October 22-26 at Parc Paragon, Siam Paragon Shopping Complex in central Bangkok.
