Property developer Raimon Land has collaborated with luxury lifestyle magazine Robb Report Thailand to create the first Robb Report Residence at one of its duplex apartments at The River development.
The publishers of the magazine will use Penthouse B at The River, the highest penthouse in Thailand, and apply the magazine’s concept of showcasing cutting edge trends in luxury living and lifestyle in a pop-up showroom setting, with contributions from renowned international designers and luxury brands.
Once finished the space will be brought to life with signature events, including celebrity trial living. The concept of a magazine-branded Residence is not new; it was first introduced by Esquire magazine in 2003 when the U.S. edition of Esquire opened the doors of the first ever Esquire Apartment in New York City.
“Our partnership with Robb Report to develop the first Robb Report Residence in Thailand demonstrates the pioneering spirit of Raimon Land – to do things differently through partnerships with those who are the best in their fields,” said Johnson Tan, the Chief Executive Officer of Raimon Land.
The duplex penthouse designated for the Robb Report Residence at The River is on the 69th and 70th floors, and encompasses a total living area of 637 sqm with 6.5 meter-high ceilings.
The Robb Report Residence at The River is set to open in July 2015, with targeted lifestyle events being hosted from July to December 2015.
