AP Life Asoke new project Bangkok

Property developer AP (Thailand) has reached a joint venture agreement with Mitsubishi Estate, one of Japan’s largest real estate developers, to develop a fifth condominium project,

Scheduled for unveiling in June, the THB6.3 billion Life Asoke project will be located close to the MRT station at Phetchburi. According to a press statement, it will feature new innovative functions designed to maximise space value and comprehensive integration of Japanese design philosophy that will add to the project’s attraction.

Anuphong Assavabhokhin, Chief Executive Officer of AP (Thailand), said that as a developer of residential property whose goal is to fulfil the needs of urban dwellers, his company has achieved a high level of expertise in the development of condominiums along Bangkok’s mass rapid transit routes.

Katsuaki Mori, Director and Senior Executive Officer of the joint venture company, added: “The MEC group believes that the residential market will show stable growth because of Thailand’s continued economic growth, increase in household income, population inflow from the countryside, increasing numbers of nuclear families and the extension of the mass transit system.”

Life Asoke will be a 34-storey development and be home to 1,609 units.
