Discounts to tempt more buyers

Double Lake Condominium in Bangkok’s Muang Thong Thani district has launched a summer promotion to tempt more buyers and investors.

Developed by Bangkok Land Public Company Limited and led by Managing Director Peter Kanjanapas, the deal will allow those who purchase a unit in the ready-to-move-in Phase One of the development, to obtain a discount of up to THB100,000 s well as free transfer fees, no cost for sinking funds and free maintenance for one-year.

Buyers who choose to purchase in phase two or phase three will also be eligible for further discounts and promotions.

Double Lake Condominium is a low-rise condominium in the Muang Thong Thani area of outer Bangkok that offers a scenic view of Muang Thong Thani Lake. In addition to high-quality interior materials, the condominium is fully equipped with premium facilities including swimming pool, fitness centre, high-speed internet, cable television, 24/7 security system, CCTV cameras, key card systems and 100 percent parking spaces, according to a statement from the developer.
