Trio of prizes for Pace

PACE awards for Mahanakhon

Thailand listed property developer Pace Development collected three major awards at the recent Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Its MahaNakhon mixed-use development took home the accolade for‘Best Mixed-Use Development 2015 – Thailand’, while its ‘Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok’ received the ‘Best Apartment / Condominium Development 2015 – Thailand’ and was highly commended in the ‘Residential High-Rise Development 2015 – Thailand’ section.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards is part of the International Property Awards, organised by International Property Media, to recognise property companies and estate agencies around the world.

The highest scoring projects in each region, including MahaNakhon will be selected for the International Property Awards which will take place during December in England.
