Developer SC Asset has announced plans to enter Bangkok’s super luxury condominium market later this month with the official launch of sales for its Saladaeng One development.
Under the concept ‘The One that Matters’ in central business district of Saladaeng Soi 1, the THB4.7 billion project will open for sales on May 23.
SC Asset enjoyed buoyant business performance during the first quarter of 2015, with the sales revenue growing more than 132 percent year-on-year.
It had previously introduced Granada Pinklao-Phetkasem, a super luxury residential project with a total project value of THB2.15 billion in late March. During the second quarter, the company will launch Saladaeng One.
Nuttaphong Kunakornwong, Chief Executive Officer of SC Asset Corporation, said the company has developed its latest project to be a super luxury condominium.
One distinctive element is the project’s location. on Saladaeng Soi 1 some 80 metres from Rama IV Road. Located at the central business district, it is also surrounded by businesses and department stores, is close to mass-transit systems and is easily accessible via many routes including Rama IV, Sathorn and Silom Road.
In addition, full-frame oversized windows are installed in various angles to create different reflections in the different time of the day. The room’s highlight is its massive width to enjoy full access of the panoramic view of Lumpini Park. One-bed unit, 55 square metres, is 8.10 metres wide. The living room accommodates the 4.5-metre-wide span opening onto outside view, compared to the market standard between 3.0-3.5 metres. Combining with the oversized glass stretching from ceiling to floor, the residents can feel extended space. The two-bedroom unit’s width is 16 metres, connecting to vibrant atmosphere of the city. The project comes with full facilities including gym, swimming pool, sauna & steam, business lounge and Sky Terrace.
The 33-storey building comprises 185 units with room options ranging from one- to three-bedrooms, duplex, apenthouse and two pool villas. The residential units, ranging in size from 50 to 420 sqm, are priced from THB13 million.
The company expects that Saladaeng One should achieve more than 50 percent sales within this year.
Nuttaphong added:, “In the second half of this year, the company will open two new projects worth a combined THB4.16 billion. They consist of a new super luxury residential brand on Sukhumvit 32 and ‘Chambers’, a homely-vibe condominium.
