88 Land & Houses Koh Kaew Phuket

Owners have started to move into 88 Land & Houses Koh Kaew, Land & Houses newest residential development in Phuket. Construction of the gated community is still on going and should be finished by the end of next year. However, nearly 50 percent of the project has been built and sold.

“We mostly have 35-year old buyers coming in to buy these houses, from Phuket as well as neighboring provinces such as Phang Nga, Krabi and Surat Thani,” Phada Amornpreedee, marketing executive at Land & Houses, told the Phuket Gazette. “Our customers range from newlyweds to families with three to four children.”

The development features a total of 140 units on a large plot of land in Koh Kaew. The concept of the project is ‘Tropical Serenity’ and features greenery as well as a modern, family-oriented living space. There are five different types of two-story, single-detached houses that feature three or four bedrooms and the same number of bathrooms. All units are equipped with a living room and some even have a maid’s room.

Facilities at 88 Land & Houses Koh Kaew include a two-story clubhouse that has a public lounge and a fitness room. These facilities are expected to be completed before the end of the year. The development will also have a kids’ park with a number of attractions to entertain children. Security features at the project include keycard access, a 24-hour security system with CCTV and regular security patrols.

Land & Houses is known for developments that focus on creating urban living spaces and the developer continues to build projects in Bangkok and other major cities in Thailand. The company currently has a number of projects in Phuket under construction. These are 88 Land & House Hillside in Chalong, 88 Land & Houses Phuket in Chalong and Inizio Koh Kaew.
