The company’s goal with the project is to make it stand out when compared to other condos in this area of the city. “We have brought our expertise in innovative space design to collaborate with specialists in architecture, interior design and landscape design to detail the project right from giving it an outstanding building layout to designing its 12,000 square meters  common elements, the largest ever in Thailand’s condo development, to laying out individual units and re-arranging interior spaces while providing a platform for living success by integrating into it a structural system for digital connectivity anywhere at any time to support a lifestyle of the future,” says Vittakarn Chandavimol, AP Chief Business Group – Condominiums.

Life Asoke — Rama 9 is the most valuable project to be launched by AP this year. It is being built under the ‘Live a Visionary Life’ concept that the developer believes will make it a desirable project for those looking to move to this area of Bangkok. Condo unit prices start at THB2.7 million.

“AP deeply understands our clients’ needs and the trend of urban living, particularly the lifestyle of customers in the interconnected Asoke-Phetchaburi-Rama 9 area where AP has a leading share in the market for mid to high end condos with over 40 per cent of the market in the area,” says Vittakarn.
