All Inspire Development Plc has announced that it will launch 8 new projects in the 2nd half and will also start work on new phases at 2 existing projects. Everything combined is worth THB9.77 billion and the company is targeting to earn THB8 billion in presales by year’s end, reports local media.
Among the new projects being developed by All Inspire Development is a luxury low-rise condo in Phuket valued at THB1 billion. The company acquired that site from another developer who had suspended work on the project which is located on the Chalong Bay beachfront.

“The Phuket site will be a new opportunity for the company to expand to a tourist destination as the project will be located on beachfront plots. The development of a beachfront project in Phuket has potential similar to that of condominiums located near mass transit stations in Bangkok. We are in talks with a hotel chain to manage after-sale services at the Phuket site.” says All Inspire Development Chief Executive Thanakorn Thanawarith to the Bangkok Post.
The project will be redesigned to hold 4 low-rise condo buildings with the development expected to contain 42 units when finished. Units at the new development will be priced starting at THB20 million. The project has already passed an environmental impact assessment and work can begin in the coming weeks.
All Inspire Development will also enter the townhouse segment for the 1st time. It is planning to launch 2 such projects. One will be located on Nawamin Soi 85 and the other will be in the Kaset-Nawamin area. Both projects will feature 3-storey townhouses.
All Inspire launch 3 condos under The Excel brand before the end of the year. These will be on Sukhumvit 50, Sukhumvit Soi 71 and Ratchadaphisek Soi 17.
Finally, the company is expected to launch 5 condos under The Excel brand before the end of the year. These will be on Sukhumvit Soi 50, Sukhumvit Soi 71, Ratchadaphisek Soi 17 and Ratchadaphisek-Huai Khwang. There are also plans in place to launch new phases at 2 existing sites in the Kukot and Bang Na areas.
