EXCLUSIVE: United Kingdom student accommodation property investments will once again be in focus in Bangkok this weekend.
Following on from several recent successful student property exhibitions featuring what is widely regarded as the U.K’s best-selling property asset class this year, Century 21 Thailand will be showcasing Crown Place in Birmingham to Bangkok property buyers and investors.
The opportunity to invest in the dedicated student residence project in the country’s second largest city offers rental yields of more than 8 percent according to the agent. The development is under construction with scheduled completion in August 2013, and prices for units at the 999-year leashold project start at GBP 65,000. Thai buyers can invest for a cash purchase of THB 2.2 million and take advantage of a 10-year mortgage with interest-free credit.
The exhibition and seminar will take place on November 10-11 at Bangkok’s Intercontinental Hotel between 10am and 7pm.
