Brunei property buyers and investors were the target of one Bangkok developer that showcased its latest project in Bandar Seri Begawan last weekend.
Circle 11 Sukhumvit, a recently-launched 35-storey project by Fragrant Property, was the focus of the exhibition which DDproperty.com believes to be one of the first Thailand properties to feature in a dedicated property exhibition in the country.
The project features sky parking, a first for Bangkok, which will be included in 18 of the 219 units. Priced from THB 4.9 million, or THB 140,000 per sqm, the condominium is located some 800 metres from Nana BTS station.
Thailand property has been significantly gaining in interest from buyers in Asia during 2012.
Andrew Batt, International Group Editor of PropertyGuru, said: “Buyers from across Asia have been putting their money into Thailand property in ever increasing numbers during 2012. Those numbers are only going to increase in the coming months.”
