Raimon Land has revealed plans to launch a THB 2.1 billion condominium project in the Ekkamai district of Bangkok early next year.
The Lofts Ekkamai development will be situated on a two rai plot of land near Sukhumvit Soi 65 in the Thai capital. Prices at the 264-unit project are expected to average THB150,000 per sqm. Units will range from 28 sqm to 150 sqm in size.
In an interview with The Bangkok Post, Chief Executive Hubert Viriot said: "We plan to launch three new projects worth a combined THB 4-8 billion a year, as we aim for THB10 billion baht in revenue in 2015.”
Viriot also revealed that his company is in the process of selecting an international hotel chain to operate some of the remaining units on five floors at its riverside residential development in Bangkok called The River. These, he said, will be turned into a serviced apartment and launched next month.
A spokesperson for the company told DDproperty.com that no additional information would be released about The Lofts Ekkamai prior to the official launch which is expected at the end of January 2013.
