DDproperty.com, Thailand’s number one property website, welcomed more than 60 invited guests to its first event in Phuket last week.
Real estate agents, developers and members of the press learned about DDproperty.com’s plans to extend its reach on the island, as well as information about the company’s first property exhibition which will take place next month in conjunction with the Phuket Real Estate Association.
DDProperty.com is part of the PropertyGuru Group and the company’s International Group Editor Andrew Batt (pictured) spoke about the challenges and opportunities facing Phuket in 2013.
Frank Khan, Director and Head of Residential for Knight Frank (Thailand), also gave attendees an overview of property markets in the rest of Thailand.
