DDproperty.com, Thailand’s no.1 property website and part of Asia’s leading property portal, the PropertyGuru Group, announced today its collaboration with Phuket Real Estate Association to host the Phuket Property Show 2013. This has been dubbed as the island’s biggest property show with a series of stage performances and fun activities, as well as a chance to win great prizes including hotel accommodation and air tickets.
After great success in the three previous property shows held throughout 2012 (including DDproperty Showcase at Central Rama 9 in August, DDproperty Showcase at Central Ladprao in October, and the Thailand Property Show at Singapore’s Orchard Hotel in November), DDproperty.com is now taking another step forward, to host the biggest property show in the Southern region of Thailand.
Jedsadakorn Na Lamphun, DDproperty’s Country Manager said that this is the company’s first step in order to promote the real estate industry in Phuket and its neighbourhoods after the official launch in Phuket last month, with collaboration from the Phuket Real Estate Association. The Phuket Property Show 2013 will be the first-of-its kind real estate event in the South of Thailand that features a large number of property projects including single-detached houses, townhomes, condominiums, apartments, as well as financial institutions, all together under one roof. The event is scheduled to take place on 17th – 23rd January 2013, at Central Festival Phuket from 10am-10pm.

As a major force in the business, who has vowed our commitment to be a part of the industry’s efficient growth, we have therefore join hands with the Phuket Real Estate Association to make this event happen and hope that we will get a good response from all involved sectors, as well as buyers both in Thailand and overseas” says Jedsadakorn.
Thanusak Phungdet, President of the Phuket Real Estate Association said that the collaboration with DDproperty.com is considered a crucial step to introduce the incredible potential of property developments both in Phuket and other nearby provinces to buyers/ investors from around the world.

In addition to the property showcase, the event will also include a series of stage performances and fun activities throughout the seven days. Any bookings made during the event will automatically enter a lucky draw for five Bangkok-Phuket round-trip tickets from Nok Air, while registered participants will stand a chance to win a round-trip Bangkok-Phuket ticket for two people courtesy of Nok Air, and two gift vouchers for a two-night accommodation package at Foto Hotel Phuket.
