Developer Sirisa has recently unveiled the intriguingly named Pattaya Posh, an upscale condominium development situated in the heart of the city on the shores of the Gulf of Thailand.
Each of the 439 units in the 34-storey provides a balcony with panoramic views. Studios offer between 22.45 to 27.55 sqm of space, with a bathroom and a separate kitchen. One-bedroom units have between 27.10 and 37.25 sqm of space, while two-bedroom units offer 49.35 sqm of space. The Penthouse units range from 55.2 to 147.72 sqm in size.
The developer has more than 20 years experience in project development and more than 30 real estate projects under its belt.
The sole sales agent is Jones Lang LaSalle and prices start from THB 1.34 million.
