Woraluk Property, under its W-Property brand, has secured funding from Thanachart Bank to develop its new lifestyle mall in Bangkok.
Wichai Poolworaluk, President of Woraluk Property Company Limited (pictured third right) and Somjate Moosirilert, President and Chief Executive Officer of Thanachart Bank (thirdrd from left), were present at a recent signing agreement to mark the deal.
W District, with a development value of THB 1 billion, is a new lifestyle mall that, according to the developers, will become a Bangkok landmark. It will include retail outlets, an outdoor activity zone and a hotel on 17 rai of land in Sukhumvit mid town.
The official launch of W-District will take shortly.
