Orchid Palm Homes has announced details of its seventh development, The Views, which will start construction in February next year on elevated land close to the Banyan Golf Course in Hua Hin.
The development of 43 properties will offer six different modern pool villa designs, each with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and will provide owners with panoramic views alongside privacy and exclusivity.
Construction of the company’s sixth project – Orchid Palm Residence – began in January and to date 17 of the 21 properties have been sold. Completion is expected in July 2013. A sell-out was achieved in just three months for its previous project.
Developer Stephen Ayling believes the level of sales achieved by Orchid Palm Homes during the global recession is testament to the company’s high quality of construction and high-end finishing.
He said: “We work around our customers’ wishes on all aspects of the build allowing them to move into a bespoke property.”
Grahame Beecham, Orchid Palm Homes’ Sales and Marketing Manager, said that customer care and safety is absolutely paramount. “It is no longer just about selling a good property. You have to sell security to give the purchaser the confidence to purchase,” he said.
Orchid Palm Residence has incorporated new design features, including lowering the roofs in order not to obstruct the views of the development. Buyers also get a new energy saving package being introduced by the company which includes Thermosiphon hot water systems, 3-speed inverter pool pumps with energy saving controllers, LED lighting and air condition heat converters for hot water systems.
Beecham said: “We’re always looking to the future and how we can improve our properties and keep ahead of the competition. We want our competitors chasing us, not the other way around.”
