Hyde Sukhumvit sells 60% in two months

Hyde Sukhumvit, the latest luxury property developed by Grande Asset in the heart of Sukhumvit has announced remarkable sales of over 60 percent of units sold after launching only two months ago.

The developer reported that the main driver behind the success is the project’s location, unique design and amenities and services. The range of units sold to date is varied although single and two-bedroom unit are proving to be most popular, with one- and two-bedrooms accounting for over 46 percent, and three-bedrooms around 15 percent.

Since its recommencement in May 2012, Hyde Sukhumvit has attracted both Thais and foreign buyers including, Asian, European and American. Local Thais account for more than 25 percent of sales while the foreign buyers made up 36 percent.
