Close to 100 units have been sold at the recently-launched Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard development in the centre of Bangkok, according to the developer.
Thanawan Chaiwatana, Managing Director of developer Magnolia Finest Corporation, said, “Following the grand launch of the Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard project, we’ve enjoyed over 35 percent sales already, which represents a superb response from customers. He added that most customers so far have been business investors or Thai independent investors who would like to buy a unit for living in and also for investing in the future.
Unit types sold so far have been mainly one- and two-bedroom units which start from THB 170,000 per sqm – or THB 8.5 million per unit.
