Hemaraj Land and Development has signed a contract with Hi-Tech Kabin Logistics Corp. to purchase 55 rai or land, initially in Hi-Tech Kabin Industrial Park.
The Hemaraj Ready-Built Factory Park 1 @ Hi-Tech Kabin project is the first step to expand factory rental business to serve customers in new location outside Hemaraj’s existing industrial estates.
David Nardone, President and CEO of Hemaraj, said: “Due to the increasing demand for ready-built factories, Hemaraj has plans to expand its Ready Built Factory (RBF) business to serve a wider range of customers in larger industrial areas outside of our six existing industrial estates in Chonburi, Rayong and Saraburi provinces. This land purchase of 55 rai is the initial business expansion plan in Prachinburi province.”
He added that the company plans to build 42,000 sqm of RBF over a period of between 18 and 24 months to serve increasing demand from its customers.”
Nardone concluded: “Hi-Tech Kabin Industrial Park was chosen for location of the first RBF expansion project due to its strategic location between Bangkok and the Northeastern region of Thailand.”
