Work has commenced on the IDEA Mobi Phayathai, a 330-unit project by Ananda Development close to the BTS Phayathai station.
Chanond Ruangkritya, President and CEO of the developer (pictured 3rd from right) and his family laid the main post to begin the construction. The project is expected to be completed in early 2014.
IDEO Mobi Phyathai is located on a 1-rai plot of land on Sri Ayudhya Road and is 190 meters from BTS Phyathai Station. The development will also include retail space.
The developer has reported sales of close to 90 percent and is confident it will achieve a sell-out shortly.
