South Korean superstar PSY recently bought a condominium unit in Los Angeles for US$1.249 million (THB37.9 million) and paid for it in cash, according to various sources.
Located in a 29-floor building (pictured below) on Wilshire Boulevard, the apartment comprises 2,700 sq ft of living space and two bedrooms.
The complex enjoys various amenities including a tennis court, 24-hour concierge service and saltwater swimming pool.
Celebrity gossip site TMZ revealed that the ‘Oppa Gangnam Style’ singer plans to completely renovate the unit.
Completed in 1989, some parts of the building have been revamped several times. Some rooms even come with floor-to-ceiling windows.
