Singapore property buyers and investors will once again have the chance to learn more about opportunities in Thailand when the third PropertyGuru Thailand Property Show takes place in the city-state this weekend.
The event, which will take place on November 2-3 between 11am and 7pm at the Orchard Hotel, will feature property investment opportunities from Bangkok and the Gulf of Thailand resort town of Hua Hin.
Informative seminars from industry experts will also form an integral part of the event.
One project which will be showcased in Singapore for the first time at the Thailand Property Show is Miracle Hua Hin, where prices for a fully-furnished unit will start from S$80,000.
Popular Bangkok projects TC Green and Nara 9 will also be making a return to Singapore, both having previously attracted strong interest from local buyers and investors.
