Nominations are now open for the Thailand Property Awards 2013, the premier awards event for Thailand’s property and real estate industry.
The eight annual event, which will celebrate the good and the great of the kingdom’s property and real estate industry, will see a new Chairman of Judges, a new awards category and a new venue.
This year’s ‘Oscars’ of the Thailand property industry will see Sunchai Nuengsit as the new Chairman of the Judges. Sunchai has more than 15 years’ experience in the supply of quality products and solutions for the interior construction and residential building sector. He is a founding member and Managing Director of BuilderSmart, a manufacturer and distributor of cutting edge solutions focused on environmental sustainability. Sunchai will head a nation-wide panel of judges, all experts in various property related fields.
To reflect growing interest in Khao Yai, this year’s Awards will also see the addition of Best Residential Development Khao Yai, while the awards ceremony will take place at a new vanue – The World Ballroom at Centara Grand in Bangkok.
The ceremony, with more than 500 attendees, will take place on September 19, 2013.
